To us, real estate transcends beyond ordinary transactions. It’s our way of contributing value to humanity, and this is shaped by our past experiences. Our founder, Joe Magos (an immigrant from Eastern Europe), had in-laws who had a Swiss Franc (CHF) based mortgage. In the Financial crisis of 2008, their monthly payment surged by over 300%, and they lost their home during the period. However, they were not fully aware that they could sell their home to an investor and make some profits from the sale. So, Joe detected a gap in the real estate industry. He realized the need for a proactive and strategic real-estate service where sellers can seamlessly sell off their homes. Hence, the birth of Fiamen!

We identify the property (usually distressed, pre-foreclosed properties, probates, etc.).
We do the inspection and check the overall condition of the property (what do we have to repair or replace etc.).
We make a fair purchasing offer option and connect the seller and the buyer/investor.
We supervise the whole transaction with the seller, the buyer/investor, and the title company that will do the closing.
